CITA’s founder David Moran has forty-five (45) years serving bilingual/ multicultural, multi congregational church development in Hispanic USA, and teaching internationally. He has mentored several TE’s and RE’s to ordination using personally created methodologies and alternative programs. Moran’s D. Min. dissertation on Hispanic American church development preceded his Manual on the same for the missions committee MNA of the PCA. In 2014, these leadership training experiences coalesced into the non- profit CITA-EDU, Inc. CLASE INTERNACIONAL de TEOLOGIA APLICADA (In English: INTERNATIONAL CLASSROOM of APPLIED THEOLOGY).
